Hey Tania, for people who are not sure about the birth time, is rectifying the chart helpful for these forecasts?
Yes, if it is a really good astrology you can definitely use chart rectification to create Solar and Lunar Returns. It is important to know the birth to the closest minute since there are so many variable – especially when you add the location and timing elements, so crucial in all return charts.

1. Can we also use the SR and LR charts for an event to look ahead, such as starting a new business or getting a domain name that one would use for their business?
2. I’m interested in learning how to time an event like the exact date and time. Are personal SR and LR charts helpful for that and are there other techniques that are more helpful for this?

Yes, Shahina, that is a good way to use the SR and LR charts! As for pinpointing an exact date and time you can use the SR and LR (and birth chart) for a good window and then refine it with the person’s fortunate personal days (taught in Numerology Academy Level I and Future Forecast Formula which are astro-numerology trainings). In addition to those Personal Days – which are derived from calculating harmonious alignments from the three important birth numbers to current and future personal codes and universal codes – you can track the 28-day Moon transits around the chart for harmonious aspects to important planets and angles. So there are many layers to this, and for important days it does help to know the intricate details of a date and time of day. I hope that helps!
